Sweet Mama

My mom made it home to Idaho. She really enjoyed her time here and I wouldn't doubt it if she plans a return trip in the future! Everyone on the ship thought she was lovely and beautiful! My African friends called her "Sweet Mama." I know she blessed all the people she cared for. Thanks for praying for her!

Hi, We heard this am that your mom made it home and made connections with your dad in SLC. Missed both. Glad to hear you are doing better. Just mind the Drs. Will keep praying. Love you, Grandma Jan

Nice pictures of Mom and you. I'm looking forward to seeing you soon. We (pastors) prayed for your healing this AM.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18, “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” (NIV)

Psalm 86:6, “Listen closely to my prayer, O LORD; hear my urgent cry.” (NLT)

May your healing be taking place even now in the unseen, and this be but a momentary and temporary affliction, achieving an eternal weight of glory!

Keep on drinking!
Love you,
Mom Z

Hey Laura,

Great to hear on the good news of your recovery and time you spent with your mom.

The missions committee has a quick question for you. If you get a chance- and are able to do so, visit our blog and maybe leave a message for the chuch body on a voice mail setup we have secured at the bottom of the webiste. It is easy to use and works great. If you cannot, don't worry- just thought a voice mail being played at the mission moment might be cool, especially to hear your voice. A 2-3 minute message would be sweet. If not, we can post something in our new newsletter.

Take care and we pray for you and talk about your trip all the time!
